READY MIXED JOINT COMPOUND

A non-asbestos, ready-to-apply, formulation for wallboard. Use joint compound over wallboard to embed drywall tape, fasteners, metal cornerbeads, and drywall trims. Other uses are: filling, leveling, finishing coats, skim-coating and applying simple textures. All Ruco joint compounds meet ASTM-D3273, ASTM-D3274 (Fungal defacement resistance) as well as ASTM-C475. The formula is specifically designed to have ultra-low low volatile organic compound VOC emissions, while maintaining mildew resistance and quality consistency. All Ruco joint compounds are GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified® for VOC emissions and GREENGUARD Children & Schools℠ Certified.

POLYSTYRENE CEILING TEXTURE

A non-asbestos, aggregated formulation for spray application over concrete, gypsum wallboard or plaster ceilings. They produce a sharp decorative appearance, and are available in fine round, fine, medium, and coarse aggregate sizes. Ruco ceiling texture has zero VOC by content. DESIGN TEXTURE

A non-asbestos, dry powder product for use in spray or hand applications. Use Design Texture to create various texture effects such as: fog, splatter, orange peel, knock down, skip trowel, and stipple. Ruco Design Texture has zero VOC by content. SURE SAND

A non-asbestos, lightweight joint compound that is easy to sand when set. Use over interior surfaces for: fast job completion, repairing damaged boards, and to reduce shrinkage in heavy fills. Sure Sand complies with ASTM C-475. All Ruco Sure Sand products are GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified® for VOC emissions and GREENGUARD Children & Schools℠ Certified.

SURFACE EQUALIZER

Equalizer is specially designed to minimize surface texture and porosity differences between wallboard face paper and finished joints in new drywall construction. Equalizer Plus reduces the time and effort needed to achieve a Level 5 gypsum board finish. Equalizer Plus is GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified® for low VOC emissions and GREENGUARD Children & Schools℠ Certified.

ACRYLIC TEXTURE

RuCoat Acrylic Texture is a non-asbestos, 100% acrylic texture that can serve as a base coat and texture coat to achieve a decorative finished surface over a variety of interior substrates. RuCoat Acrylic Texture does not require a top coat. It provides a durable decorative coating that is ideal for high abuse and high traffic areas. It is mildew and flame resistant. RuCoat Acrylic Texture is formulated to create many different texture patterns and to hide minor defects in concrete and gypsum surfaces. RuCoat Acrylic Texture is produced as a flat coating that can be tinted to a variety of colors. RuCoat Acrylic Texture is GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified® for low VOC emissions and GREENGUARD Children & Schools℠ Certified.

JOINT TAPE

A quality paper tape for use with joint compound to reinforce wallboard joints. May also be used on corners prior to painting, for texturing, or with wallpaper application. Ruco Joint Tape has zero VOC by content.
